UK DELIVERIES

FIRST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERIES

All deliveries are sent First Class via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service - this method of shipping requires a signature upon delivery.

Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for your parcel to be delivered, and 10 days for an order to be classed as lost in transit.

If your order has not been delivered after this period of time please contact our customer services teamEmail Me stating your order number or 01926 612600 with your order reference number and we will look into it straight away.

Our Postage charges are £2.95 for orders within the UK. Postage to ALL UK Orders over £50.00 is FREE!

NEXT DAY DELIVERIES

We can provide guaranteed Next Day delivery. The cost of this service is £6.95. This service is available Monday to Friday before 14.00 pm. Unfortunately we can not guarantee Saturday delivery in orders received on the Friday. Our Next Day delivery service is provided by Royal Mail Special Delivery . Please note that orders received on Saturdays & Sundays won't be processed until Monday, for Tuesday Delivery.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances Royal Mail might experience delays with the delivery of the order and the parcel might not be delivered within the expected time, if this is the case please contact our customer services team and they will try to solve the issue.

Royal Mail Industrial Action

During Royal Mail strikes, we will process the orders as normal but please bear with us, in some areas of the country there might be an additional 5-8 days delay.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We currently ship to the UK, Europe, Australasia, Canada and the US. Our deliveries for international orders are sent by Airmail and require a signature as proof of delivery. Our shipping charge is currently £10 (flat rate) for ALL international orders. Please allow 20 days for delivery of international orders via Airmail.

YOUR ORDER

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item/s to us in the original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination. Items should be returned with all their original labels and a completed Returns Form (enclosed with your order).

If you require a different item you will need to place a new order online and return the original product for a refund. If you require a different size or colour for the same design/s, simply return the item/s including a completed Returns Form requesting the size/colour and our team will do the best to exchange it upon receipt. If the requested size/colour isn't available we will process a refund and an email will be sent to inform you. Please note that the return postage charges are non-refundable unless your whole order was faulty or incorrect. Please allow five working days for your exchange to be processed. Oh No! You have received a Faulty or Incorrect Item!

If the item you have received is faulty or not what you ordered, please email our team Email Me quoting your order number, name, details of the product, the fault and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Upon receipt of the email we will advise you on how to proceed with the return. We can not accept returns for items that have been soiled, torn or damaged and aren't deem as a manufacturing fault.

Returns to One of Our UK Stores

You might return items purchased online to any of our David & Goliath's shops in the UK within 14 days of receipt for an exchange only. Any items that you wish refunded must be returned to us by post to the above address. If you wish to exchange in branch, please note that you must present your despatch note, otherwise the store will refuse the exchange.

Oops! Part of My Order is Missing!

We are only human and regrettably mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please email our team Email Me quoting your order number, stating the missing item. Upon receipt, we will investigate the matter further.

Return Postage:

If you are returning a non-faulty/unsuitable item, the cost of returning the item and its delivery status is your responsibility until it reaches us. We advise you use Royal Mail's Signed For Service. We can't refund return item lost in the post.

Unacceptable Returns

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged. Items returned for a refund should be unworn and still have all price the labelling intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fit for re-sale. I.E.: Make up Marks on item/s.

If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy and Approval Guarantee and your statutory rights do not apply, we may not refund you. The item may be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.

Returning Free Gifts with Purchase and Promotional Offers.

We occasionally offer promotional offers and free gifts with purchase. All promotional offers, e.g. free gifts, must be returned in their entirety. Failure to comply may result in you being charged the full price for the items kept.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that you order a product that is not in stock, your card will not be charged for this item. Alternatively, you will be advised of the restocking date and your item be placed on back order with stock priority. Your payment will not be processed until you order is ready to ship unless you pay via Paypal. In this situation, you will be offered an immediate refund option.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
