UK DELIVERIES
FIRST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERIES
All deliveries are sent First Class via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service - this method of shipping requires a signature upon delivery.
Please note that it can take up to five working days for your parcel to be delivered.

Our Postage charges are £3.95 for orders within the UK. Postage to ALL UK Orders over £50.00 is FREE!
NEXT DAY DELIVERIES
We can provide guaranteed Next Day delivery. The cost of this service is £6.95. This service is available Monday to Friday before 14.00 pm. Unfortunately we can not guarantee Saturday delivery in orders received on the Friday. Our Next Day delivery service is provided by Royal Mail Special Delivery . Please note that orders received on Saturdays & Sundays won't be processed until Monday, for Tuesday Delivery.
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances Royal Mail might experience delays with the delivery of the order and the parcel might not be delivered within the expected time, if this is the case please contact our customer services team and they will try to solve the issue.
Royal Mail Industrial Action
During Royal Mail strikes, we will process the orders as normal but please bear with us, in some areas of the country there might be an additional 5-8 days delay.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We currently ship to the UK, Europe, Australasia, Canada and the US. Our deliveries for international orders are sent by Airmail and require a signature as proof of delivery. Our shipping charge is currently £10 (flat rate) for ALL international orders. Please allow 20 days for delivery of international orders via Airmail.
YOUR ORDER
Missing Items
Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please check your delivery note for any indication that the item is in stock or dispatched separately. If the item is listed but not enclosed with the rest of your order, please contact our customer services 01926 470518 within 48 hours of receiving your parcel quoting your order number and we will investigate the matter further.
Undelivered Orders
Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days from date of posting. Please note that we need to wait 10 days before being able to investigate the whereabouts of your order further. If you believe your item has been lost and 10 days have passed, please contact our customer services 01926 470518 quoting your order number.
Returns
Satisfaction - Guaranteed!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of your order and the item has not been worn, upon the items return using the instruction below, we will exchange or refund the cost of that item less any shipping charges within 28 days from receiving your return. If an item appears faulty, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out at our cost.
In addition to our Internet Returns Policy, EU customers have 7 working days beginning the day after receipt to cancel their order in line with the Distance Selling Regulations. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order reference and orders already shipped must be received back at our Returns Offices before a refund can be issued.
Please note that the return postage charges are non-refundable unless the whole order was faulty or incorrect. Customers will need to pay the appropriate post charge and obtain a receipt as proof of post and keep this until your refund is confirmed.
Shipping charges are determined at the sole discretion of Chicksrule LLP.
Chicksrule will replace or refund most items provided they are returned unused and with the original packaging, with any appropriate tags and labels intact within 14 days of receipt. All items returned for a refund should be unworn and still have all price tickets and labelling intact. Some items are subject to our non-return policy due to hygiene reasons. We cannot accept returns for items that have been soiled, torn or damaged and aren’t deem as a manufacturing fault.

Please allow up to 7 days for postal returns to be processed.
Returns Postage
If returning a non-faulty item, the cost of returning the item to us and its status is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. We can’t refund items lost in the post.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
For exchanges please mark your parcel clearly as EXCHANGE along with your order number for that item. Please address you parcel to our returns depot at the following address:

Back Orders
In the unlikely event that you order a product that is not in stock, your card will not be charged for this item. Alternatively, you will be advised of the restocking date and your item be placed on back order with stock priority. Your payment will not be processed until you order is ready to ship unless you pay via Paypal. In this situation, you will be offered an immediate refund option.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method. We will not refund via cash or cheque. For example, an item purchased through Paypal will only be refunded via Paypal and to the account that made the original purchase. Items ordered via a credit or debit card will only be refunded to the original payment card. Please allow up to five days for refunds to show in the account.
Returning Free Gifts with Purchase and Promotional Offers.
We occasionally offer promotional offers and free gifts with purchase. All promotional offers, e.g. free gifts, must be returned in their entirety. Failure to comply may result in you being charged the full price for the items kept.
Unacceptable Returns
If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy and Approval Guarantee and your statutory rights do not apply, we may not refund you. The item may be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.
